We’re hiring a Backend AI + Python Engineer to help build and scale our AI Insight Library and agent training systems.

What You’ll Do:
- Build & enhance AI-driven systems using Python Flask, LLM/RAG pipelines, and APIs (OpenAI, etc.)
- Work on CI/CD pipelines, testing, and scalable deployment (Docker, AWS, Azure)
- Integrate structured extraction & vector search for smarter document analysis
- Collaborate with cross-disciplinary teams to iterate on real-world use cases
- Deliver AI/ML enhancements that directly impact caseworkers and citizens

Tech Stack:
- Python, Flask, CSS
- AWS, Azure (ML Studio), Docker, GitLab, Jenkins
- OpenAI APIs, RAG Pipelines, Vector DBs
- SageMaker (Deployment, Monitoring, Lifecycle Management)

You’re a Fit If You:
- Have strong backend engineering experience (Python/Flask)
- Have shipped AI/ML features (LLM, RAG, embeddings)
- Are comfortable with cloud-native deployments (AWS/Azure)
- Enjoy solving real-world problems at scale in fast-moving teams
