Main Duties: - Admin support: emails, scheduling, referrals, follow-ups - Update patient records & care plans - Data entry, reports, tracking patient journey - Daily use of Office 365 (Outlook, Teams, Word, Excel, SharePoint) Must Have: - Excellent written English (clear professional emails/notes/reports) - Strong English reading comprehension - Good knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 - Very detail-oriented, organized & reliable - Able to handle confidential info
