Back-end Engineer

 

Description:

We are looking for a skilled Back-End Engineer to design, build, and scale robust backend systems for our B2B SaaS products and consumer-facing web and mobile platforms. This role is suited for engineers with 1-2 years of professional experience who enjoy working on distributed systems, clean architecture, and real-world production environments.

💻 What You’ll Do

➡️Design, develop, and maintain scalable backend services and APIs
➡️Build and manage micro-services-based architectures
➡️Develop secure, high-performance systems supporting web and mobile applications
➡️Design and optimize databases, data models, and core business logic
➡️Implement authentication, authorization, and role-based access control
➡️Collaborate closely with frontend, product, and design teams
➡️Ensure systems meet security, reliability, and performance standards
➡️Write clean, maintainable, and well-documented code
➡️Participate in architecture decisions, code reviews, and technical planning


🔎 What We’re Looking For

➡️ 1–2 years of professional backend development experience
➡️Strong experience with Python and Django
➡️Hands-on experience working with micro-services architecture
➡️Solid understanding of RESTful APIs
➡️Experience with relational databases (PostgreSQL, etc.)
➡️Good understanding of backend security best practices
➡️Familiarity with Git and collaborative development workflows

🌟Bonus (Nice to Have)

➡️ Exposure to regulated environments (fintech, banking, payments, healthcare, etc.)
➡️ Experience with FastAPI or similar modern Python frameworks
➡️ Knowledge of Docker, containers, and CI/CD pipelines
➡️ Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)
➡️ Understanding of logging, monitoring, and observability
