Back End Developer

Description:

We’re hiring a Back-End Developer who can lead technical discussions, client walkthroughs, and handle backend architecture discussions for high-quality international projects. This role combines technical strength with consulting finesse.

Responsibilities

· Join backend-focused client discussions and explain system designs

· Demonstrate API, database, and cloud architecture concepts during calls

· Help craft architecture decks or project estimates when required

· Lead backend onboarding sessions and optionally contribute during early sprints

Requirements

· 4+ years in Node.js / Python / Java

· Strong understanding of REST, GraphQL, microservices

· Experience with PostgreSQL, MongoDB, Redis

· Confident in architecture planning, API structuring, and backend scaling

· Cloud: AWS, GCP, or Azure familiarity is a plus
