We are currently looking for a Senior Backend Developer with strong experience in Node.js and NestJS to join our in-house development team. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and wants to lead backend development efforts from architecture to deployment.

Tech Stack:
• Backend: Node.js (NestJS)
• Database: SQL
• Authentication & Authorization: Middleware-based with role and permission controls
• Architecture: Modular, scalable, and security-focused

Responsibilities:
• Lead the development of backend features and RESTful APIs using NestJS
• Collaborate with frontend and cross-functional teams to deliver complete solutions
• Build and maintain secure, efficient, and reusable backend services
• Implement and maintain role-based access control and validation logic
• Troubleshoot and debug complex backend issues
• Write clean, modular, and testable code
• Ensure backend scalability and performance
• Contribute to documentation and system architecture improvements

Requirements:
• 4+ years of experience in backend development
• Strong proficiency in Node.js and NestJS
• In-depth knowledge of API development, database design, and system security
• Experience with role and permission management systems
• Solid understanding of backend testing, validation, and error handling
• Ability to work during EST business hours (5 PM – 2 AM PST)
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
