Description:
The B2B Wholesale Manager will be responsible for building and maintaining wholesale relationships, developing distribution strategies, and achieving sales growth targets. You’ll act as the key point of contact for wholesale clients—ensuring smooth operations, brand consistency, and exceptional service.
Key Responsibilities
- Identify and onboard new wholesale clients (retailers, distributors, health stores, spas, etc.) across the USA.
- Develop and implement sales strategies to expand B2B presence in the herbal/wellness sector.
- Manage and grow relationships with existing partners, ensuring long-term collaboration and sales optimization.
- Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts aligned with business goals.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and sales performance to guide strategy.
- Collaborate with marketing and supply chain teams to ensure timely fulfillment and brand visibility.

- Proven experience (3+ years) in B2B sales or wholesale management, ideally in the herbal, natural health, or wellness industry.
- Strong network and understanding of U.S. retail and distribution channels.
- Excellent negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills.
