🚀 We’re Hiring – B2B Sales Closer & Team Lead (On-site | Lahore)

Digital Transformerz, a leading digital marketing agency since 2013, is looking for a dynamic B2B Sales Closer & Team Lead to drive revenue and lead our sales team.
Your Role:
🔹 Execute 60–100+ outbound touches daily (UK/US markets)
🔹 Close 5–7 new deals monthly (SEO, PPC, SMM, Web Development)
🔹 Build long-term client relationships
🔹 Lead and mentor a team of 3–5 sales reps
Requirements:
✅ 3+ years of international B2B cold outreach (UK/US)
✅ 2+ years in team leadership or supervision
✅ 1.5+ years closing digital marketing deals
✅ Strong English communication skills
