- Engage with qualified business leads and conduct discovery calls to understand their service needs.
- Present Backendz’s non-technical B2B service offerings
- Tailor solutions that meet client goals and position our services as a value-driven choice.
- Own the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
- Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide timely updates on pipeline progress.
- Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.
Requirements
- 2+ years of B2B sales closing experience in any service-based industry (e.g., outsourcing, consulting, customer support, staffing, or similar).
- Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
- Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
- Able to manage objections, build trust, and drive deals to closure.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured sales process.
- Self-driven, performance-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced remote environment.
