We are looking for a driven and persuasive B2B Sales Closer to join our growing team at Backendz, focusing on selling business services to companies across the U.S. This is not a tech or software sales role—but one that requires the same intensity, persuasion skills, and strategic thinking to close high-value B2B service deals.

  • Engage with qualified business leads and conduct discovery calls to understand their service needs.
  • Present Backendz’s non-technical B2B service offerings
  • Tailor solutions that meet client goals and position our services as a value-driven choice.
  • Own the entire sales cycle—from initial outreach and proposal development to contract negotiation and deal closure.
  • Maintain accurate records in CRM tools and provide timely updates on pipeline progress.
  • Consistently meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.
  • Foster strong client relationships to encourage repeat business and referrals.

Requirements

  • 2+ years of B2B sales closing experience in any service-based industry (e.g., outsourcing, consulting, customer support, staffing, or similar).
  • Strong consultative selling and relationship-building skills.
  • Confident communicator with excellent negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Able to manage objections, build trust, and drive deals to closure.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and a structured sales process.
  • Self-driven, performance-focused, and adaptable to a fast-paced remote environment.
