Description:
Eligibility Requirements:
· Business / Marketing (or similar) graduate or postgraduate will be preferred.
· Professionals in early stage of their career are highly recommended to apply.
· Prior 1 – 3 years of experience is a mandatory requirement.
· Excellent English communication skills – written and verbal.
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office is a must.
Job Requirements:
· Reports directly to the Account Director.
· Communicate with the management team regularly and provide valuable input in all the tasks at hand.
· Maintaining relationships with new and existing clients through virtual meetings and electronic mail.
· Draft and share meeting minutes, along with technical and financial proposal with each prospective client.
· Regularly follow up with potential clients.
· Show sound interest and understanding in the product & service offerings at TransLinguist.
· Regularly monitor industry trends and draft business requirements to improve our product offerings.
· Ability to take a complete lead in demonstrating product and respective features to the prospective clients through our platform.
· Ability to provide product & service information to potential clients, negotiate deals and close new leads.
· Acting as a main point of contact between TransLinguist and the new/existing clients.
· Efficiently addressing and resolving client queries and concerns.
· Gaining a clear understanding of customers’ businesses and requirements.
· Assess client specific requirements in global tenders and create a tailored-crafted technical and financial proposal while meeting the minimum/mandatory requirements set out for tender submission.
