Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute B2B sales and business development strategies.
- Identify, approach, and onboard new corporate clients and partners.
- Build and maintain long-term relationships with key stakeholders.
- Negotiate contracts and close business deals.
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to business growth.
- Coordinate with internal teams to ensure seamless client onboarding and service delivery.
- Monitor market trends and identify new business opportunities.
- Prepare sales reports, forecasts, and performance updates.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
Up to 8 years of experience in B2B sales, business development, or account management.
- Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain long-term client relationships.
- Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Experience in the insurance industry will be considered a strong advantage.
