Requirements:
- Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation including technical proposals, FSDs, user manuals, system operation guides, API docs, installation instructions, troubleshooting guides, and training materials.
- Collaborate with system analysts and cross-functional teams to translate technical flows into clear documentation.
- Create diagrams using tools like Visio, Lucidchart, Draw.io, etc.
- Maintain version control and align documentation with software releases.
- Review for consistency, style, and technical accuracy.
- Work independently or with teams.
- Stay updated on tech writing tools and trends.
Required Skills:
- 1–2 years' experience in technical writing (preferably in a tech firm).
- Strong writing skills with keen attention to grammar and style.
- Ability to simplify complex technical content.
- Educational background in CS, Engineering, or related fields.
