We are seeking a dynamic and knowledgeable Automotive Export Sales & Support Executive. This role is perfect for a passionate individual who combines excellent customer interaction skills with a genuine enthusiasm for automobiles. You will be the crucial link between our international clients and our vast vehicle inventory, ensuring a seamless and informed customer journey.
Key Responsibilities:
- Serve as the primary point of contact for international client inquiries via phone, email, and chat.
- Guide clients through our portfolio of vehicles, providing detailed information on makes, models, specifications and market value.
- Utilize your automotive knowledge to match client needs with the perfect vehicle from our sourced inventory.
- Manage the sales support process from initial inquiry through to purchase coordination.
- Maintain accurate and professional communication, ensuring all client documentation and queries are handled efficiently.
- Collaborate with the logistics and procurement teams to provide clients with timely updates.
Required Qualifications & Skills:
- Having atleast Bachelor’s degree/ Intermediate.
- Mandatory: At least 1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer support, or direct sales role.
- English Communication: Fluent, articulate and professional in both verbal and written communication.
- Automotive Passion & Knowledge: A must-have. You should be familiar with vehicle makes, models, types (SUV, sedan, hatchback, kei car), and general specifications. An ability to quickly learn and explain vehicle features is essential.
- Computer & mobile phone literacy is must.
- Customer-centric attitude with excellent problem-solving skills.
