Job Summary:
As a Automation Sales Engineer, your primary responsibility is to drive sales of Programmable Logic Controller (PLC), SCADA automation solutions to meet company targets. You will be responsible for identifying and cultivating new business opportunities, maintaining relationships with existing clients, and providing technical expertise to customers. The role requires a combination of technical knowledge, sales skills, and customer relationship management.
Key Responsibilities:
- Business Development:
- Identify and target potential clients and markets for PLC automation solutions.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
- Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends, competitors, and emerging technologies.
- Client Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.
- Understand client needs and provide customized automation solutions.
- Conduct presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the benefits of PLC automation.
- Technical Expertise:
- Possess in-depth knowledge of PLC, SCADA automation systems and related technologies.
- Provide technical support to clients, including answering queries and offering solutions.
- Collaborate with the technical team to ensure accurate and efficient implementation of solutions.
- Sales Support:
- Prepare and present proposals, quotations, and contracts to clients.
- Work closely with the sales support team to ensure timely delivery of products and services.
- Participate in trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote PLC automation solutions.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of sales activities, customer interactions, and market trends.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market analysis, and future opportunities.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: Rs60,000.00 - Rs100,000.00 per month
