🔹 Position: Authorization Specialist

🔹 Requirements:
✔️ Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Billing Authorization/Pre-Authorization
✔️ Strong knowledge of insurance verification and authorization processes
✔️ Familiarity with payer guidelines and medical necessity requirements
✔️ Excellent communication and follow-up skills
✔️ Strong attention to detail and organizational abilities
✔️ Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

🔹 Key Responsibilities:
* Obtain and process prior authorizations from insurance companies
* Verify patient insurance eligibility and benefits
* Follow up on pending authorization requests
* Maintain accurate authorization records and documentation
* Coordinate with providers, facilities, and insurance representatives
* Ensure compliance with payer requirements and company policies
