Position: Audit Officer

Job Description:
1: Perform internal audits of store and warehouse operations to assess compliance with organisational policies, SOPs, and statutory regulations.
2: Identify risks, control weaknesses, and process gaps in inventory management and store procedures.
3: Prepare clear and detailed audit reports, documenting findings, observations, and practical recommendations for improvement.
4: Monitor and track the implementation of audit recommendations to ensure timely corrective actions.
5: Conduct stock verification, reconciliations, and surprise audits to ensure accuracy and accountability.
6: Support continuous improvement initiatives by recommending best practices for strengthening internal controls and efficiency.
7: Assist in compliance training and awareness sessions for store teams.
Requirements:
1: Bachelor's/Master's degree in Commerce, Accounting, Business
Administration, or a related discipline.
2: 1-3 years of experience in internal audit, compliance, or risk management (preferably in store/warehouse, supply chain, or retail environments).
3: Exposure to stock audits, inventory controls, and compliance checks is desirable.
4: Strong understanding of audit principles, internal controls, and compliance frameworks.
5: Knowledge of inventory and warehouse management processes.
