Audit Officer

An Audit Officer you are responsible for evaluating the financial operations, systems, and controls of an organization to ensure accuracy, compliance, and efficiency. This role involves conducting audits, identifying discrepancies, recommending improvements, and ensuring the organization's financial integrity.

- Present audit results to management and stakeholders, highlighting significant issues and risks.

- Ensure the organization adheres to relevant laws, regulations, and internal policies.

- Identify potential risks and vulnerabilities within the organization's operations.

- Work closely with various departments to gather information and support audit activities.

- Provide guidance and training to staff on internal control and compliance matters.

- Plan and execute internal audits to assess the effectiveness of internal controls, risk management, and compliance processes.

- Evaluate financial statements, records, and operations to identify discrepancies or areas for improvement.

- Prepare detailed audit reports summarizing findings and providing recommendations for corrective actions.
