Adepts is seeking an experienced and highly motivated Audit & Tax Manager to join our Lahore office and support our growing portfolio of UAE-based clients. This is an excellent opportunity for a qualified professional to work with international businesses, lead client engagements, and contribute to a dynamic and collaborative team environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage and oversee external audit and Assurance engagements for UAE clients.
• Review financial statements and ensure compliance with applicable accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
• Lead tax planning, tax compliance, and advisory assignments.
• Review VAT returns and tax-related documentation.
• Coordinate with clients, regulatory authorities, and internal stakeholders.
• Supervise, mentor, and develop audit and tax team members.
• Identify business risks and provide practical recommendations to clients.
• Ensure timely delivery of high-quality services and maintain strong client relationships.

Requirements

• Qualified CA from ICAP.
• 5–8+ years of relevant experience in audit and taxation services.
• Strong knowledge of IFRS, audit methodologies, and UAE tax regulations, including VAT and Corporate Tax.
• Experience managing teams and client engagements independently.
• Excellent analytical, communication, and leadership skills.
• Proficiency in accounting and audit software.
