Job Description:

Conducting monthly audit activity covering the all types of Inventory audits.

Incorporate the Retail Stores inventory audit plan in monthly activity calendar after discussion with HOD.

Analyre and develop audit scorecard as per prescribed practice Maintain fixed asset tracking and report if there's any discrepancy.

Develop a comprehensive report showing the planned and actual activities defined in Audit along with the variance if anyl.justification and corrective action.

Coordinate with the Audit Team to participate in the planned inventory audits and incorporate the audit activity accordingly.

Communicate the inventory audit plan to the team as mentioned in schedule to concerned auditee, to ensure the in-time inventory audit activity.

Consider the previous audit findings at the start of inventory audit and verify the corrective actions taken by concerned department, after last audit.

Get the consensus of audit findings with auditees and develop the audit report along with the audit executive summary report with proposed corrective actions.

Develop the comparative study of last and current audits to show the performance of department Submit and discuss the monthly audit and scorecard report with his supervisor.
