Key Responsibilities

• Attendance Monitoring: Track and update daily student attendance across all classes and maintain accurate attendance records.

• Registry & Records Management: Maintain student records in the Student Management System (SMS) and ensure accuracy across all data points.

• Reporting & Coordination: Prepare attendance and registry reports, identify discrepancies, and coordinate with academic and exams teams for updates.

• Student Support: Communicate attendance and record-related updates, assist students with clarifications, and ensure timely follow-up on queries.

• Cross-Department Collaboration: Work closely with Registry, Exams, and Academic Support teams to ensure compliance, data integrity, and smooth operations.

• Confidentiality & Professionalism: Uphold institutional standards in handling student information securely and accurately.

Qualifications & Skills Required

Bachelor’s degree (preferably in Education, Administration, Social Sciences or a related field).

• 1–3 years of experience in attendance tracking, academic administration, or student data management.

• Strong written and spoken English communication skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and database systems (e.g., SMS, SITS).

• Excellent attention to detail, organizational, and reporting skills.

• Ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently in a structured environment.
