Associate Trainee Graphic Designer

Summary

As a Graphic Designer at Phaedra Solutions, your primary responsibility will be to create engaging and visually appealing content for LinkedIn carousels, blog posts, and proposal portfolios. You will collaborate closely with our Business team to ensure that your designs align with our brand identity and messaging. A Familiarity of Adobe Creative Suite, Figma, and other design tools is essential to succeed in this role.

Responsibilities

• Assist in the creation of design assets for digital, print, and social media platforms.

• Support the team with tasks such as image editing, layout design, and typography for marketing materials, website visuals, and brand collateral.

• Design visually compelling LinkedIn carousel posts that align with our brand and engage the target audience.

• Create blog post images and illustrations that enhance content readability and drive engagement.

• Design proposal portfolios and other client-facing materials, ensuring they are professional and on-brand.

• Update and maintain design assets for digital and print materials.

• Ensure consistency across all design outputs, adhering to established brand guidelines.

Qualifications

Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field.

Skills

• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Figma.

• Knowledge of other graphic design tools such as Canva, Sketch, or Affinity Designer is a plus.

• Strong understanding of design principles, color theory, typography, and layout.

• Ability to create designs that are visually appealing, informative, and on-brand.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.

• Excellent communication skills and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
