Summary

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Business Development Intern to support our Business functions with various tasks. The intern will gain hands-on experience in client communications, project coordination, proposal writing, and business development strategies. This role offers an excellent opportunity to learn the ins and outs of a dynamic IT services company while contributing to the success of ongoing projects.

Responsibilities

Responsibilities include but are not limited to;

• Assist with preparing and sending client follow-up emails and proposals.

• Help draft and manage project documentation (proposals, contracts, and agreements).

• Coordinate meetings with clients and manage communication schedules.

• Conduct research on potential clients, markets, and trends to support business development efforts.

• Support the senior Business professionals with lead management tasks and CRM updates.

• Assist in drafting presentations and reports for clients and internal meetings.

• Maintain communication logs and keep track of client feedback and responses.

• Handle administrative tasks related to project management and daily operations.

• Learn and assist with the use of tools like ClickUp for task management, GChat for communication, and others.

• Attend client meetings and take notes to help with follow-up tasks and action items.

Qualifications

• Recent graduate in Business Administration, Marketing, IT or related fields.

Skills

• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.

• Ability to multitask and handle several tasks at once with attention to detail.

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

• Ability to work well in a team-oriented environment.

• Interest in IT, software development, and business consulting.

• Knowledge of CRM tools and project management software (preferred but not required).
