Leaders Corporate, a rapidly growing Odoo implementation firm, is looking for a passionate and technically skilled Associate Technical Consultant – Odoo to join its on-site team in Karachi. As part of a dynamic technical team, you will be responsible for customizing, developing, and supporting Odoo ERP applications. You will work closely with functional teams to deliver tailored ERP solutions that address specific business needs across various domains.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and customize Odoo modules using Python, XML, and JavaScript.

• Work with functional consultants to gather business requirements and implement ERP workflows.

• Debug and test Odoo applications to ensure quality and reliability.

• Maintain, document, and improve existing codebases.

• Provide client support, participate in troubleshooting, and perform system integration tasks.

Key Requirements:

• A BS degree in Computer Science or Software Engineering.

• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Odoo architecture and its modular framework.

• Proficiency in Python, with working knowledge of PostgreSQL, Git, XML, and QWeb.

• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive learning attitude.

• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.

• Bonus: Understanding of ERP processes such as Sales, Inventory, and Accounts is a plus.
