📍 Location: Hybrid – Lahore, Pakistan
🧑‍💻 Experience: 6 months – 1 year

At Sirovista, we’re partnering with a foundational LLM company to improve their models through high-quality conversational data. As an Associate Software Engineer (LLM Trainer), you will:

🔎 What You’ll Do
🔸Design and simulate multi-turn conversations in Dutch & Danish
🔸Emulate both user and assistant roles, ensuring logical tool usage and natural dialogue
🔸Create scenarios that reflect real-world use cases (calendars, emails, maps, etc.)
🔸Apply reasoning, problem-solving, and creativity to improve conversation quality
🔸Collaborate with peers to maintain consistency and deliverables at a high standard


🌱 What We’re Looking For
🔸Strong English communication skills (written & verbal)
🔸Experience or interest in AI Agents, API integrations, and LLMs
🔸Logical thinking, structured reasoning, and attention to detail
🔸Curiosity to learn and grow in AI, NLP, and ML workflows
