Coderz Hunt is seeking a passionate and skilled Associate Software Engineer to join its engineering team in Lahore for a full-time, onsite night shift position. As an Associate Software Engineer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining full-stack web applications using modern JavaScript frameworks and libraries. You will work with technologies like ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, and ExpressJS on the frontend and backend. You'll also be expected to manage and interact with databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL through advanced ORM libraries such as TypeORM, Prisma, or Mongoose.

Your role will also involve crafting user interfaces with the latest UI frameworks including TailwindCSS, Material-UI (MUI), and SASS. You’ll collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, contribute to feature development, and take ownership of assigned modules. A strong emphasis is placed on writing clean, maintainable, and well-documented TypeScript or JavaScript code. The role also includes using Git and GitHub for version control, handling collaboration workflows, and optimizing applications for performance, security, and reliability.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop full-stack applications using ReactJS, NextJS, NodeJS, ExpressJS

• Build and manage RESTful APIs and integrate databases like MongoDB and PostgreSQL

• Work with ORM tools such as TypeORM, Prisma, or Mongoose

• Design user interfaces using TailwindCSS, MUI, and SASS

• Write scalable, efficient, and well-structured JavaScript/TypeScript code

• Use Git and GitHub for source control and team collaboration

• Continuously improve performance, user experience, and application security

• Participate in code reviews and agile development practices

Required Skills & Qualifications:

• At least 1 year of hands-on experience in web development

• Solid understanding of JavaScript/TypeScript fundamentals

• Experience with RESTful API design, clean code principles, and debugging

• Familiarity with agile development methodologies and collaborative teamwork

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail

Nice to Have:

• Experience with NestJS, GraphQL, Firebase, Python, Supabase, or Sequelize

Bonus Points For:

• Knowledge of Cloud Platforms (AWS, GCP, Azure)

• Familiarity with Microservices and Serverless Architectures
