Associate Project Manager

Description:

The Digi Tech Resource Group, a growing US-based software house, is looking for an Associate Project Manager (APM – CMS Development) to support and manage client projects with a strong focus on CMS-based solutions. The role involves coordinating with internal teams, handling client communication, and contributing to upselling opportunities while ensuring timely and quality delivery.

Work Split:

80% CMS Projects | 20% Software / Custom Development Projects

Key Responsibilities

Assist in managing CMS-based projects (Wix, Webflow, Shopify, WordPress)

Coordinate with designers, developers, SEO, and QA teams

Communicate with international clients regarding requirements, timelines, and updates

Handle upselling and cross-selling opportunities for CMS, SEO, and add-on services

Track project progress, deliverables, and deadlines

Ensure quality standards and client satisfaction throughout the project lifecycle

Support senior project managers in software-related projects when required

Identify process improvements to enhance delivery efficiency

Required Skills & Experience

Strong hands-on experience with CMS platforms:

⬇Shopify

⬇WordPress

⬇Basic understanding of software development workflows

⬇Knowledge of SEO fundamentals and CMS-based optimization

⬇Experience in upselling services to existing clients

⬇Strong communication skills (verbal & written)

⬇Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities

⬇Familiarity with project management and CRM tools

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field

1–3 years experience in CMS project coordination or management

Experience working with international clients is a plus

Project management certification is a plus, not mandatory
