Qualifications and Requirements:

• A Ph.D. in Civil Engineering is required (Top QS preferred)
• Registration with PEC in the civil engineering discipline is a must.
• A strong academic and research record in civil engineering.
• Demonstrated teaching experience in higher education.
• Proficiency in current civil engineering softwares and tools.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Experience in academic administration is desired.
