Associate Product Owner

ICOMMUNIX is on the lookout for a passionate and driven Associate Product Owner to join its fast-growing technology team based in Township, Lahore. The ideal candidate will have 1.5 to 2 years of experience in product ownership, with a solid grasp of Agile/Scrum methodologies. You will act as a bridge between stakeholders and the development team, ensuring product goals are clear, requirements are well-defined, and delivery remains on track.

This role offers the chance to work closely with cross-functional teams, develop product strategies, and directly contribute to shaping innovative technology solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and document functional requirements

• Translate business needs into clear user stories and product backlog items

• Prioritize and manage the product backlog using JIRA

• Participate in daily stand-ups, sprint planning, and retrospectives

• Ensure smooth execution of sprints and on-time delivery of features

• Work closely with designers, developers, and QA to ensure product quality

• Monitor progress and make adjustments as needed to meet evolving priorities

Required Skills:

• Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum frameworks

• Hands-on experience with JIRA and documentation tools

• Effective communicator with strong analytical thinking

• Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently
