Associate Product Manager

Description:

The Associate Product Manager at Takaful Bazaar will play a crucial role in shaping the direction of our products, contributing to the development and execution of product strategies, and ensuring that our technology solutions meet the needs of our customers and market demands. This role offers an opportunity to work in a dynamic and collaborative environment and make a significant impact on our product offerings.

1. Product Development

-Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, and marketing, to define and develop innovative technology products that address market needs.

-Assist in the development of product roadmaps, strategies, and feature prioritization based on customer feedback, market analysis, and business goals.

-Participate in the product development life cycle, from ideation to launch, by creating product specifications, user stories, and functional requirements.

-Coordinate and manage product release activities, ensuring timely delivery and product quality.

2. Requirement Gathering

-Conduct in-depth requirement gathering from stakeholders, customers, and end-users to identify and document detailed product requirements.

-Analyze and prioritize requirements based on impact, feasibility, and alignment with product goals.

3. Customer Focus

-Gather and analyze customer feedback, conduct market research, and monitor industry trends to identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.

-Work closely with customer support and sales teams to address customer inquiries, issues, and feedback.

4. Documentation and Training

-Create and maintain product documentation, including user manuals and release notes.

-Develop training materials and provide support to customer support and sales teams on product features and benefits.

Experience & Skills Required:

- Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Computer Science, Engineering, or related field.

- Strong passion for technology and product management.

- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Effective communication and teamwork skills.

- Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.

- Familiarity with agile methodologies and project management tools is a plus.
