Description:
Support product development for B2B/B2C solutions in a client-facing capacity, managing requirements elicitation, research, and execution coordination across multiple concurrent client projects. This role requires strong stakeholder management skills as you'll serve as a primary point of contact for clients while coordinating with internal technical teams.
Key Responsibilities
Requirements Elicitation & Management
- Elicit business, functional, and technical requirements through direct client stakeholder interviews and workshops across multiple active projects
- Document requirements as user stories, BRDs, FRDs, with clear acceptance criteria, traceability, and dependencies for diverse client contexts
- Maintain requirements traceability matrices and manage changes through structured control processes across client engagements
- Document business rules, user flows, and system behaviors supporting development teams and client understanding
Research, Analysis & Insights
- Conduct market and competitive analysis, identifying trends, opportunities, and positioning strategies relevant to client industries
- Analyze user behavior, feature adoption, and engagement metrics, informing product decisions for client solutions
- Perform user research through client interviews, surveys, and usability testing
- Synthesize quantitative and qualitative insights into clear reports and presentations for internal and external client stakeholders
Stakeholder Coordination & Execution
- Facilitate requirements validation sessions between stakeholders and technical teams
- Coordinate client-oriented UAT activities, including test case creation, execution tracking, and defect triage
- Support sprint planning, backlog grooming, and release documentation
- Act as liaison, ensuring requirements clarity across product, engineering, and client teams
Work Arrangement
- Working hours: 9 AM - 6 PM PKT, Monday-Friday
- Location: Remote
- Flexibility is required for client calls across different time zones
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or related field
- 2 years of experience in product/business analysis or related role
- Strong requirements elicitation and documentation skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets
- Excellent analytical, written, and verbal communication skills
- Familiarity with API concepts and third-party integrations
- Familiarity with analytics tools (Mixpanel, Amplitude, Google Analytics)
- Understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
