Experience: Minimum 2-3 years
Qualification: LLB (Hons.) and / or LLM and / or Bar at Law (Foreign LLB or LLM preferred)
Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to assist Hilal Foods and its sister concerns i.e. the Company in its legal and corporate related matters pertaining to and any contentious and non-contentious matters that may arise, The position which is being filled will assist the Company and all its sister concerns.
Contract Vetting
Contract Drafting
Drafting in general (Letters, Notices etc.)
Legal Research and Opinion writing and Liasoning with external counsels on
Company related matters and Compliances (whenever so required)
