Associate Lawyer

Description:

This is a full-time on-site role for an Associate Lawyer located in the Gulberg, Lahore. The Associate Lawyer will be responsible for conducting legal research, drafting contracts, participating in arbitration and mediation processes, and providing legal counsel on matters related to corporate law, tax law, and public procurement.

-Comprehensive knowledge of legal domains, including litigation, corporate & commercial law, contracts law, legal drafting and legal research.

-Strong skills in case management, strategic consultancy, advisory services and inter-personal soft skills.

-Ability to work in fast pace and agile working environment.

-Excellent organizational and legal management capabilities

-Flexibility to work long hours and social media management skills.

-LLB and law practice license with atleast 01 year post license experience is mandatory.

-Hands on IT, Social Media and AI user will get preference.
