Description:
InfoTech Group is seeking a dynamic and versatile Associate HR Business Partner – South to join its team in Karachi. This role is pivotal in supporting HR operations and contributing to the strategic HR initiatives across the South region. The ideal candidate will have a well-rounded HR background, particularly in the IT sector, and demonstrate strong operational leadership and communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:
HR Operations: Oversee comprehensive HR operational activities including payroll processing, attendance tracking, claims management, employee documentation, EOBI compliance, and employee insurance programs.
Talent Acquisition: Lead the recruitment lifecycle for positions based in the South region, including candidate sourcing, interviewing, onboarding, and orientation programs to ensure smooth integration of new hires.
Administrative & Facility Support: Provide support in administrative and facilities management functions, including vendor management, organizing company events, enforcing workplace safety standards, and ensuring cleanliness and housekeeping services.
Regional HR Leadership: Represent the HR department in regional meetings and initiatives, participating in the design and implementation of HR process improvements and policy updates.
Requirements:
A minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience as an HR Generalist, with preference given to candidates from the IT or Software industry.
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, coupled with analytical and organizational abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office tools and a good understanding of HR information systems.
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, preferably with a specialization in Human Resources.
