Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with department heads to develop, execute, and monitor functional plans and KPIs aligned with company goals

• Support strategic initiatives by facilitating interdepartmental coordination and driving operational improvements

• Analyze workflows and recommend process enhancements to improve productivity, resource utilization, and service quality

• Provide regular updates to senior management on functional performance, risks, and improvement opportunities

• Serve as the point of contact for reporting, data consolidation, and documentation of business processes

• Coordinate performance reviews and contribute to developing action plans for identified gaps

• Assist in designing and implementing systems and practices that support data-driven decision-making

• Ensure compliance with organizational policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements

• Foster a culture of teamwork, ownership, and accountability among cross-functional teams

Preferred Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or a related field

• Proven ability to manage and streamline cross-functional operations
