Associate Full Stack Engineer

At Nextscrum, we are looking for a developer who has mastered the basics and is ready to step up. This role is for someone who wants to move beyond "making it work" and start focusing on "making it scalable."

As an Associate Engineer, you won't just be fixing bugs. You will be building features for US-based clients, working directly under Senior Architects, and learning how to write production-grade code in a high-standard environment.

• You have 1–2 years of professional experience and feel ready for more responsibility.
• You are comfortable with Laravel and modern JavaScript/TypeScript but want to deepen your skills in architecture and Type Safety.
• You want to work in a professional environment that values clean code over quick hacks.
• You are willing to adapt to a US-based schedule to work with international teams.

Key Responsibilities

• Feature Development: Build and maintain features for backend (Laravel) and frontend (Next.js/Nuxt.js).

• Code Quality: Write clean, strictly typed code (TypeScript) and participate in code reviews to improve your craft.

• Problem Solving: Debug complex issues, optimize database queries, and resolve production support tickets.

• Collaboration: Work closely with the QA and Product teams to ensure requirements are met.

• Process Discipline: Follow professional Git workflows, manage Pull Requests, and understand CI/CD pipelines.
