• Contacting existing clients via outbound calls to deepen relationships and increase investments
• Identifying cross-selling opportunities and promoting additional products or services to existing clients
• Providing exceptional customer service to ensure high levels of client satisfaction
• Collaborating with other departments to provide comprehensive solutions to client inquiries or issues
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and product knowledge to provide clients with accurate and relevant information
• Meeting or exceeding weekly and monthly performance targets and objectives

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree from a reputed university.
• Fresh to 1 year of working experience.
