Associate Campaign Manager

Description:

We’re looking for an Associate Campaign Manager to support the execution of creator and influencer campaigns. If you understand how content performs, have a feel for what good creator briefs look like, and want to grow inside a startup that’s building something genuinely unique — this role is for you. You’ll work alongside the Campaign Manager and get real exposure to how campaigns are built, run, and optimised.

What you’ll do

• Support campaign setup, creator outreach, and onboarding across active projects
• Track deliverables, timelines, and creator compliance throughout campaign cycles
• Help prepare campaign briefs, content follow-ups, and performance summaries
• Monitor content across platforms and flag what’s working or off-brief
• Use the Echooo AI dashboard to discover creators, outreach, manage campaigns and track results
• Stay on top of creator trends, platform updates, and what’s resonating with audiences

What we’re looking for

• 1–2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, content, or digital marketing
• You understand how creators work and what makes brand collaborations feel authentic
• Detail-oriented — you catch things before they become problems
• Comfortable in a fast-moving environment where priorities can shift
• Strong communication skills; you can confidently coordinate with creators and clients
• Bonus: you’ve managed your own content, run a community, or worked with creators directly
