We're looking for a motivated Associate Business Manager to manage the complete customer project lifecycle from lead handover and ERP implementation to post-deployment support while ensuring seamless collaboration across Sales, Marketing, Technical, and Customer Support teams.

🔹 What You'll Do
✔️ Manage end-to-end ERP implementation projects for assigned clients.
✔️ Gather business requirements and coordinate solution implementation.
✔️ Develop project plans, timelines, and implementation schedules.
✔️ Work closely with Development, QA, and Support teams to ensure successful project delivery.
✔️ Conduct client training, User Acceptance Testing (UAT), and project handovers.
✔️ Coordinate regional business operations and monitor operational KPIs.
✔️ Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams on proposals, demonstrations, and regional campaigns.
✔️ Build strong client relationships and ensure excellent customer experience throughout the project lifecycle.
✔️ Maintain project documentation, CRM records, and management reports.

✅ Requirements
✔️Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, ✔️Information Technology, Business Information Systems, or a related technical field.
✔️0–2 years of experience in Project Management, ERP Implementation, ✔️Business Analysis, Technical Consulting, or Business Operations.
✔️Fresh graduates with strong technical knowledge, leadership potential, and excellent communication skills are encouraged to apply.
✔️Understanding of ERP systems, business processes, and the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
✔️Strong organisational, analytical, and communication skills.
✔️Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
✔️Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
✔️Familiarity with Jira, ClickUp, Trello, Asana, or similar project management tools is an advantage.
✔️Experience with CRM platforms is a plus.
