We are looking for a dynamic Associate – Business Development (Fast Sales) to join our growing team. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience in fast-paced sales environments, particularly with platforms like Upwork, and a strong understanding of client acquisition and lead conversion strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and actively bid on Upwork to generate quality leads and close deals
  • Handle end-to-end sales cycle including prospecting, outreach, follow-ups, and conversions
  • Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline for fast-moving opportunities
  • Collaborate with internal teams to align client requirements with service offerings
  • Maintain accurate records of leads and activities in CRM tools

Requirements:

  • Proven hands-on experience with Upwork handling and fast sales processes
  • Familiarity with CRM tools such as HubSpot or similar platforms
  • Strong communication and negotiation skills
  • Ability to work in a target-driven, high-energy environment
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
