H2O Labs (Pvt.) Ltd.. is expanding, and we’re looking for a passionate and results-driven Associate Business Developer to help us grow.

📍 Location: Johar Town, Lahore
💼 Type: Full-Time | Onsite
⏰ Timing: 5:00 PM – 2:00 AM

If you enjoy building connections, generating leads, and working with modern sales tools like LinkedIn Sales Navigator and CRM systems, this role could be perfect for you.

What You'll Do
🔹 Identify and generate new business opportunities.
🔹 Conduct outreach using LinkedIn Sales Navigator and other lead generation tools.
🔹 Manage bulk outreach and lead generation through multiple platforms, including LinkedIn, Indeed, Dice, Glassdoor, and other relevant channels.
🔹 Maintain accurate CRM and Google Workspace (G Suite) records, track leads, and manage the sales pipeline.
🔹 Schedule and coordinate meetings with prospective clients.
🔹 Collaborate with the sales team to execute business growth strategies and achieve sales targets.
🔹 knowledge of W-2 and 1099 Contract hiring models to effectively support client requirements.

What We’re Looking For
✔ Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field (preferred)
✔ Strong written and verbal communication skills
✔ Experience with LinkedIn Sales Navigator
✔ Understanding of CRM platforms
✔ Motivated, proactive, and goal-focused mindset
