Axtra Studios is seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Developer to join our team. In this role, you’ll be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building client relationships, and driving growth through effective lead generation and strategic partnerships.
ππ²π π₯π²ππ½πΌπ»ππΆπ―πΆπΉπΆππΆπ²π:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through online platforms (e.g., LinkedIn, Upwork, Fiverr, etc.) and outbound outreach.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing clients.
• Develop tailored proposals and pitch decks to present our services and capabilities.
• Collaborate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to align solutions with client needs.
• Conduct market research to stay updated with industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Meet sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue goals.
• Track leads, follow-ups, and conversions using CRM tools or spreadsheets.
π₯π²πΎππΆπΏπ²πΊπ²π»ππ:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in business development, sales, or client acquisition (Fresh graduates with strong profile may also apply).
• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Confidence in building long-term relationships and managing multiple client interactions.
• Familiarity with digital services such as software development, UI/UX design, or marketing solutions is a plus.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and organized.
