Join our Agile team to bridge business needs and technical solutions. You’ll gather and document requirements, create user stories, support backlog management, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver high-impact digital products. Ideal for candidates with 1–3 years of BA experience in a software or SaaS environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, Product Owners, and development teams to elicit, analyze, and document clear business and system requirements.
- Write well-structured User Stories, Acceptance Criteria, and Use Cases in alignment with Agile and Scrum best practices.
- Own and maintain the Product Backlog in collaboration with the PO, ensuring stories meet the Definition of Ready.
- Conduct detailed Gap Analysis, Impact Analysis, and Requirements Prioritization for planned features.
- Prepare and manage essential Agile BA artifacts, including:
- Business Requirements Document (BRD)
- Functional Specification Document (FSD)
- Requirement Traceability Matrix (RTM)
- User Journey Maps, Wireframes, and Process Flow Diagrams
- Act as a liaison between technical and non-technical stakeholders to ensure alignment of business goals and development deliverables.
- Participate actively in Agile ceremonies such as Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Backlog Grooming, Reviews, and Retrospectives.
- Utilize tools like Draw.io, Lucidchart, Figma, and Miro for creating visual documentation of processes and systems.
- Partner with QA teams to define testable scenarios, support UAT, and ensure coverage of business rules.
- Continuously capture feedback, update requirements, and improve processes to ensure high product usability and business value.
Must-Have Requirement
- 1–3 years of proven experience as a Business Analyst in a software development or SaaS environment.
- Solid understanding of Agile/Scrum methodology and its real-world application in product teams.
- Practical experience using Agile project management tools (e.g., Jira, Confluence, Notion, ClickUp, or similar).
- Proficiency in writing concise, testable, and value-driven user stories with clear business context.
- Strong analytical skills to interpret business needs and translate them into functional requirements.
- Experience with process modeling and visualizations using UML, BPMN, DFDs, or similar notations.
- Ability to work with UI/UX designers to define and iterate on product workflows, wireframes, and MVP designs.
- Excellent communication, facilitation, and stakeholder management skills.
- Attention to detail, ownership mindset, and a proactive approach to problem-solving.
