Associate Business Analyst

Description:

As an Associate Business Analyst, you will gather and analyze client requirements, document workflows, and collaborate with development teams to ensure successful project delivery. This is an position with excellent opportunities for growth and learning in a fast-paced software environment.

Key Responsibilities:

· Gather, analyze, and document client requirements.

· Understand and map business processes and workflows, recommending improvements where necessary.

· understanding of the Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC).

· Prepare functional specifications, user stories, and documentation for the development team.

· Track project progress and communicate updates to stakeholders.

· Assist with testing and quality assurance to ensure solutions meet client expectations.

· Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Familiarity with project management tools like JIRA, Trello, or similar is a plus.
• Client-facing experience in business analysis.

Skills & Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, Business, or a related field.
