• Lead and supervise the Accounts team while ensuring compliance with company policies and financial regulations
• Prepare and review financial statements, budgets, and variance analyses
• Manage receivable/payable cycles and monitor cash flow performance
• Coordinate audits, taxation matters, and regulatory compliance requirements
• Drive process improvements to enhance operational efficiency and financial accuracy

🎓 Qualifications & Experience
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field
• 3–5 years of relevant experience in accounts and finance management
• Strong understanding of IFRS, taxation, and financial reporting standards
• Excellent analytical, leadership, and problem-solving abilities
