The Reporting & Analytics lead would be required to create business opportunities and solve problems through the analysis of large and complex data sets. Moreover, the ability to critically analyze the data using various approaches and tools that helps to transform raw details into meaningful intelligence would play a critical role in solving business problems. Responsibilities:
- Primarily responsible for providing support to the MI salesforce users ensuring their needs are met promptly and effectively.
- Maintain regular and clear communication with clients to keep them informed about their case status and any necessary actions they need to take.
- Ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and prioritize tasks effectively.
- Maintain SLA of 24 hours for providing solutions to the MI salesforce workforce.
- Maintain quality of work by following well defined procedures of Case Management team.
- Maintain the KPI for the team.
- Ensure all case management activities comply with SOX compliance.
- Working with stakeholders throughout the organization to identify opportunities for leveraging company data to drive business solutions.
- Assess the effectiveness and accuracy of new data sources and data gathering techniques.
- Coordinate with different functional teams to implement models and monitor outcomes.
- Perform and understand data extraction and analysis from various sources. (Salesforce.com, SOQL, etc.)
