Responsibilities:

• Understanding Client Needs: Deeply comprehend client requirements and identify the most relevant experts to meet those needs.

• Expert Sourcing and Onboarding: Proactively source, onboard, and engage experts for specific projects and future opportunities.

• Communication and Outreach: Develop strong internal and external communication skills, including cold calling, emailing, and other outreach methods.

• Adaptability: Thrive in a high-speed, client-driven environment where agility and quick thinking are key success factors.

• Client Excellence: Ensure a top-tier client experience by delivering accurate expert recommendations and taking a proactive, solution-oriented approach.

• Process Expertise: Master Atheneum’s core client delivery process and apply it effectively in day-to-day activities.

Candidate Profile:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Economics, or Marketing.

• Target-driven, highly motivated, and goal-oriented individuals.

• Excellent time management, prioritization, and problem-solving skills.

• Strong emotional intelligence, resilience, curiosity, and a collaborative spirit.

• Fluency in English is essential; proficiency in one or more additional European languages is highly desirable.

Interview Process:

• First Stage: 45-minute interview with Talent Team focusing on motivations and understanding of the role.

• Second Stage: 60-minute interview with two first-line Managers including a short Case Study discussion.

• Third Stage: 60-minute final interview with two Account Managers, featuring a Mock Negotiation Call. (All interviews will be conducted via Microsoft Teams unless otherwise specified.)
