Responsibilities:

- Provide legal advice in respect of Corporate Transactions & M&A, Commercial Contracts & Business Advisory, and Regulatory & Compliance Matters
- Conduct research, drafting documents,
- Collaborate with other lawyers and staff members to achieve firm goals
- Legal Opinion writing

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in Law (LL.B)
- preference will be given to candidates having 1 to 2 years of experience
- Strong analytical, communication, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines
- strong command over English language
