H&M Advocates is seeking a talented and experienced Associate to join our legal team in Islamabad. The ideal candidate should have a minimum of 4 years of practical legal experience and be licensed to practice in High Court(s). Exceptional drafting skills, attention to detail, and a strong commitment to providing top-tier legal services are essential for success in this role.

Key Responsibilities:

·      Conducting legal research and analysis on various matters.

·      Drafting legal documents, contracts, pleadings, and other legal instruments.

·      Representing clients in court proceedings, including appearances in High Court(s).

·      Advising clients on legal issues and providing strategic counsel.

·      Collaborating with senior attorneys on complex cases and transactions.

·      Keeping abreast of changes in the legal landscape and staying updated on relevant case law.

Qualifications:

·      A minimum of 4 years of experience as a practising lawyer.

·      A valid license to practice in High Court(s).

·      Strong legal research and drafting skills.

·      Exceptional attention to detail and analytical abilities.

·      Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

·      A commitment to upholding ethical standards and client confidentiality.

·      The ability to work effectively in a team and independently.

·      Prior experience in civil and commercial litigation is a plus.
