We are looking for Performance Marketing Rockstars! PayPro is a leading fintech in the payments space. This position is in Karachi

Expectations:

  • Develop and execute digital marketing campaigns across various channels, including paid advertising (SEM, social media), email marketing, and develop and manage keyword-based advertising campaigns and SEO strategies into content creation and website optimization efforts.
  • Contribute to the development of marketing collateral, presentations, and reports.
  • Lead the execution of marketing programs from start to launching product, leveraging internal support and driving collaboration.
  • Monitor campaign performance, analyze key metrics, and make data-driven decisions to optimize both paid and organic campaigns.
  • Manage advertising budgets effectively to achieve company goals for paid campaigns.
  • Collaborate with SEO efforts to improve organic search rankings within budget constraints, to improve website visibility to relevant search queries and audiences.
  • Communicate effectively with internal teams to ensure alignment on marketing initiatives.
  • Identify and segment target audiences for paid campaigns based on demographics, behavior, and other relevant criteria.
  • Conduct keyword research to identify high-potential search terms and phrases for both paid and organic search efforts.
  • Generate regular reports detailing campaign performance, including KPIs, conversion rates, organic traffic growth, and keyword rankings.
  • Work closely with other marketing teams content and social media to ensure a cohesive and integrated marketing approach.
  • Collaborate with content creators and web developers to implement SEO best practices.
  • Manage and analyze content and update customers' touch points, establish budget guidelines, participate in events, document business processes, and provide sales support.

Qualifications and Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in digital marketing, with a focus on performance marketing and SEO.
  • Proficiency in using digital advertising platforms such as Google Ads, Facebook Ads, LinkedIn Ads, etc.
  • Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data to make informed decisions.
  • Experience with marketing analytics and reporting tools (e.g., Google Analytics, SEO tools).
  • Excellent communication and project management skills.
