Description:
a. Responsible for Client Relations Management and Clients Grievances handling.
b. Daily meetings with other core team members to identify issues and Grievances.
c. Provide leadership, mentoring and Training as and when needed.
d. Supervise daily Complaints logs to ensure, proper logs are maintained, actions have been taken. Ensure Policy Compliance by the staff as per the SOP
e. Daily surprise visits on site to ensure Attendance, Dress code, Location, etc. are as per the policy.
f. Process and facilitate entry passes and other regulatory compliances needed by the staff
g. Process monthly Invoices and payments.
a. Must be: Customer services oriented, extremely organized, and Friendly. The individual must be able to work independently without supervision having Leadership qualities. Must be a good communicator and friendly.
b. MUST HAVE EXPERIENCE OF WORKING IN THE SERVICE INDUSTRY.
