Key Responsibilities:
- Provide administrative support including scheduling, managing emails, and preparing presentations.
- Oversee and manage social media accounts, create engaging content, schedule posts, and interact with followers.
- Assist in digital marketing campaigns, including email marketing, content creation, and website updates.
- Maintain accurate records and databases.
- Handle incoming calls and correspondence.
- Perform other administrative and marketing-related tasks as assigned.
Requirements & Skills:
- Proven experience as an Assistant or Secretary.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and strategies.
- Excellent English communication skills (written & verbal).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and social media platforms.
- Ability to work independently and within a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
